I.1   List of the adopted Northampton Local Plan 1997 policies that are to be replaced by policies in the Central Area Action Plan.

 

I.2  The list provides details of Saved Poli- cies replaced by the Central Area Action Plan. Saved Policies which are not listed below will be replaced by strategic policies within the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy.


I.3    Policies L2 Development of Schools Sites D23 (Castle Yard), D27 (Lower Mounts), D28 (St Andrew’s Street), D33 (Wellington Street) and D35 (York Road) will, on adoption of the Central Area Action Plan no longer be saved policies as they are not considered to be relevant.
