South Northamptonshire CIL Proposed Modifications to the Draft Charging Schedule

On 30 January 2015, South Northamptonshire Council  submitted the ‘South Northamptonshire Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule’ for an independent examination. On this date a Statement of Modifications to the CIL Draft Charging Schedule was published for a four week period of consultation. Consultation was held on the CIL Draft Charging Schedule between June and August 2014. The comments from this consultation have informed the proposed modifications to the CIL Draft Charging Schedule for South Northamptonshire Council that are set out in the Statement of Modifications.

South Northamptonshire Council are also proposing a change to the Draft CIL Regulation 123 List, which sets out those infrastructure projects that the Council intends will be, or may be, wholly or partly funded by CIL. Although not part of the Draft Charging Schedule, the amended Regulation 123 List is included in the Statement of Modifications. The Statement of Modifications can be viewed here

South Northamptonshire Council invited comments on the Statement of Modifications from 30 January 2015 until 5pm, 27 February 2015.
